Shia-Sunni Split: Baseless to it's Core

It all started when Holy Prophet PBUH was going to leave this world. There were no clear injunctions that who will be the true heir to take the Enlightened Caliphate of Islamic World. As per customs of Arabs, mostly the elder one used to be the head of tribe but Islam ending all the racial, ethnic, linguistic, class, creed, family relations working on very rules of meritocracy,piety and wisdom put the Arabs in a bit predicament that the senior of which tribe will have universal rule over the newly hatched Muslim Community. Abu Bakr R.A was the one who got unanimously selected by majority of the companions of Prophet PBUH at the time. But what about the most sacred family of all, the family of Prophet PBUH? What about Ali R.A, the most beloved of all?

It was not a matter of conflict, as Prophet PBUH never told that what type of Government will be formed after his carnal demise? Whether it would be a Democracy, Autocracy, Kingdom or Caliphate. But yes, it was clearly present that whosoever will take the reins of Muslims will take decisions as per merit and will have a "Shura" or a Consultative body on the basis of which decisions will be made. An Islamic state or a state with Muslims as it's rulers will take care about all the matters in the light of Quran and Sunnah of Prophet PBUH.

It is very baffling that basically Quran was the binding power of all Muslims at that time because the proper compilation of all Hadith (sayings) of Prophet PBUH was not present at the time.
All the tales and stories which we read about the conflicts between the Companions of Prophet PBUH and the family of Prophet PBUH are not such they weigh more for Muslims of present era to lead a life pleasing to God and getting paradise in the end. All the stories about the conflicts are highly vague and mostly based on the historical books which are highly unauthentic. Muslims after thousands of years are not getting a complete authentic picture of conflicts which are the bases of all this Shia-Sunni Conflict. As far as the Authentic Books of Sunnis are concerned, they both hail the family of Prophet PBUH and Companions of Prophet PBUH, although there are some accounts mentioning the conflicts but not enough to make someone believe that the friends and family of Prophet PBUH hated to such extent that they actually lead to the major division of Muslims.
It was all political in nature but Muslims inherited religious bigotry in terms of sects,instead. Those who exploited historians at that time fulfilled their political motives and the common Muslims stand belligerent with each other, after that.

As far as the Authentic books of Shias are concerned, they don't give their books that level of authenticity which Sunnis give to their six authentic books. How Shias give so vague accounts a reason to develop hatred for people following other part of Islam, thousand years after?

Does it really hold ground that unauthentic history and vague traditions are enough for mankind to kill each other? Muslims are clearly told to be united on the bases of Quran first which is not vague, which is most authentic and followed by all Imams whether that of Sunnis or Shias.
After hundreds of years, who knows what the reality of conflict was? Most of the companions and family of Prophet PBUH intermarried their children with each other even at that time. How the cut-throat rivalry was even possible?

Therefore,it will be wise for all Muslims of present era for the good of both this world and after-life that they stand unite on Quran as this is the actual litmus test for one to be a Muslim or non-Muslim and leave rest of the ambiguities of History to their God to forgive if we have a just or bad stance on the bases of that history.

TLP as a Future Game Changer of Pakistan Politics

Religion will keep its status as the opium of poor till the doomsday. So, is true for the global political realm where theist will keep shaping our world. But politics and religion are indefinitely inseparable especially in case of Muslim countries. And more specifically where the National Poet says

When it comes to sub-continent, it is impossible to relieve its history, culture and traditions from its mystic values. The sufis, the mystics and its most influenced form of Muslim sect i.e Barelvism all enshrine in them the strongest of all the feelings which religion Islam pours in them, the blind and exaggerated Love of Prophet PBUH.

It all started with the alleged blasphemous remarks of Mr. Salman Taseer (Former Governor of Punjab) on the law of Blasphemy related to Prophet PBUH whiich led to his murder by his very own guard name Mumtaz Qadri who later was hanged by the state in punishment. Both the act of Murder and the Punishment of the murderer became controversial and all the Scholars in Pakistan of all the sects got immensely divided on the opinion. There were following divisions

1. Salman Taseer's remarks are not blasphemous
2. Salman Taseer's remarks are blasphemous but not punishable
3. Taseer's remarks are both blasphemous and punishable but punishable by state only
4. Taseer's remarks are both blasphemous and punishable and punishable by anyone
5. Murdrer of Taseer is murdrer but he can't be punished
6. Murderer of Taseer is a murderer and should be punished

Tehrik.e.Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah arose taking the stance no 4 and 5 which was mostly followed by one of the biggest sect in the sub-continent i.e Barelvis.
Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi is the figure who came forth and strictly condemned both the Blasphemous remarks of Taseer and punishment of death by the state for the murdrer Mumtaz Qadri.

His harangues irked the common Barelvis who zealously gathered in the whole country leading to much dis-rest.
In the present 2018 elections of Pakistan, TLP has been reported to be the sixth largest party which is also the most nascent and freshly created who hadn't got much support from media and bagged millions of votes in minimum time. There is a very high probability of the fact that the party who bagged such an enormous amount of votes with 3-4 months of political campaign will be the future's one of the largest political party of Pakistan.
There is no doubt that this party is favored by somewhat peaceful sect of Pakistan as against other religious parties of Pakistan but the state of Pakistan will have to be much careful in devising any law related to religion in future with its emergence.

Meat Problem in Pakistan

Livestock Sector roughly contributes for 12 percent share in GDP of Pakistan which is more than any other sector related to Agriculture. The basic products are meat, milk and hide which generate immense revenue for poor farmer to survive economically and general public in terms of food.
Where meat is the best source of protein, it is also the major source of many zoonotic disease and antibiotic resistance. Meat hygiene remains a historic issue in sub continent for which still no holistic and pragmatic measures has been taken yet with the exception of laws and number of F.I.Rs which are lodged against butchers every year. But it does not change the situation much. The Augean stable still needs to be clean. The core lies in the conservative farming system and medieval farming model leading to poor turn over thus making meat an expensive commodity and making farming a nonprofit business except for the Sacrificial Eid Days. So, the best meat is also available in those days. But why not for the whole year around? Why the taste and texture of the meat is so much poor generally?
Pakistan,despite holding the top ten highest herds of Livestock in the world,has both milk and meat issues. Both the products are unavailable or the available products are not fit for consumption.
Butchers have to buy the cheapest possible animals which are mostly problematic as the rates are not feasible as against the cost of hygienic meat. Slaughter houses have veterinarians who have to work from 4 A.M to 8 A.M at slaughterhouses on a meagre allowance of 4500 Rs to 5000 Rs ( in Punjab) which even remain unpaid and then they have to attend their Civil Veterinary Hospitals from 8 A.M to around 5 P.M and that even with normal meagre salaries. In such situation where there is no protection to human life in terms of health and general security in poor standard slaughter houses across the Pakistan, no Veterinary Officer bothers much for ante-mortem examination with absence of necessary clinical tools to examine the animals. Lack of staff and over-worked staff is unable to thoroughly examine the animals and usually a bird eye view in terms of physical examination is done. The female animal is the best choice for butchers which is although illegal if useful but if some animal is a bit injured or some fracture is there, it can be allowed. Who knows it was an accident or the limb was broken intentionally? There are dozens of butchers with around 50-100 animals which need to be examined, stamped after flaying and then a simple certificate is issued in minimum possible time. Lack of systematic approach in government sector further aggravates the situation. Meat comes in the market after these steps and what happens next is another story.
In small villages usually some sort of lynch law serves better to discipline the butchers ( though not recommended) but in large cities and towns if some butcher is found with unstamped and un-wholesome meat due to some reasons (including dishonesty), veterinarians go for filing F.I.Rs against them. But most of the time Police refuses to co-operate instantly due to which the butcher flees from the spot. Police adopts delay tactics for such cases in which culprits are difficult to catch and after days of struggle, F.I.Rs are not lodged as it leads to an added burden on police department according to them. During this process even local politicians and “respectful personalities” try to influence the Veterinary Officers to step back or sometimes threats of serious consequences are given. In Ramazan Bazars this gets more worse where butchers have to sell meat at more reduced prices as practically there is no subsidy is favored on any type of meat except chicken.
This messy situation is responsible for poor meat quality in Pakistan. It is the need of the hour that farming model must be brought in line with modern standards to reduce the cost. Just like sound breeding policy is there for nurturing milch breeds (breeds which have increased milk production), there should be a policy for beef breeds as well which is highly variable according to area.  There must be separate staff for slaughter houses or the allowances must be reasonable with increased staff strength. New slaughterhouses with hygienic environment must be installed numbering to at least three at tehsil level. Proper diagnostic equipment must be provided to provide healthy and antibiotic free meat. Veterinary staff and their families which are reported to be at highest risk of protracting disease must be provided with health hazard allowance or at least facilities to get free of cost vaccine and treatment across the country. The meat selling points need to be at least hygienic if not according to modern standards. And the most importantly a bitter pill to swallow up till then is to increase the rates of meat or provision of subsidy so that it can give profit margin to the producer, otherwise it will be merely a utopian dream to have healthy meat in the country and donkey’s meat will keep finding its place in the market.

Not So Tough solutions for Rohingyans

Social Media is simmering with posts accusing Myanmar of one of the biggest humanitarian crisis based on ethnic cleansing. Aung Sang Suu Kyi, a recent Noble prize holder, is also accused of alleged campaign slaughtering hundreds of Rohingyan Muslims in Rakhine valley and kicking them out of the land they have dwelled for dozens of years. Rohingyans are deprived of their due rights as human beings since more than 40 years despite of all U.N resolutions.
There is another consistent factor behind this crisis is the apathy of Muslim world and their insenstivity to all such massacres faced by Muslims throughout the world. It's time for Muslims to stand united with one strong voice to condemn Myanmar, ending diplomatic and trade ties with her. Bengladesh who is also one of the reason must had devised a plan with other Muslim countries before the onset of this carnage. The irresponsible behavior of state should be punished with sanctions from OIC countries.Rohingyan families should be divided among other countries where 70 percent share should be from Muslim countries and 30 percent from other Non.Muslim countries.
Even if it is impossible, Myanmar should be supported if agrees to provide all rights to them. Universities must be established by Muslim countries in Rakhine valley to make Rohingyans better citizens in their own homeland. Muslim countries can come up with  multiple solutions to this crisis if they really take it 'seriously'.

Process Oriented Institutions and underdeveloped Countries

There are always two ways we can run organizations and institutes. One is Result Oriented and the other one is Process Oriented . In a Result oriented way of running an institute, you have outcomes, profits, turnovers, ground level advantages and sometimes breakthroughs as the real parameters to gauge the performance of employees. On contrary to this, in a Process Oriented way, the process is monitored strictly, the protocols are monitored but results are never observed. The process includes attendance of personnels at the site, maintenance of ledgers and registers, things are placed rightly, people are wearing nice uniforms, all SOPs are observed in the organization but results?? Does not matter. Growth is not the demand.
You will be amazed that why these two methods are under discussion in this era of 2017? Yes, there are still countries Pakistan, India, Sudan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and other underdeveloped countries where Government departments are still "process oriented". Results are not the issue for them. One of the major reason of backward system of everything. The system is rife with "red tapism". You are 'Ok' with your Process related issues? You are doing right no matter how much harmful the results are. No matter what are the outcomes. You need to come to your job site and you can just do your job perfectly without delivering any services.
These countries are still in back gears. They are not flourishing due to such reasons. Masses are getting nothing from Government departments due to this menace.

White Supremacy in USA

Its basic human nature to have allegiances, so when religion departs it is replaced by equally extreme ideologies e.g Nationalism, Communism, Capitalism, Racism etc. You can't keep a human free from all types of prejudices. One of such type is that of skin color whose history goes back to medieval times. Sadly, a truth which is almost getting unprevalent in developing nations but is holding strong grounds in "Advanced Civilizations". Recent election of Mr. Donald Trump is a glaring example of this phenomenon. It is an ugly face of a country who holds a contract to raise finger over all the nations doing any good for their own sake. USA will enter into a mode of decadence and downfall if this carried out for longer. No sane civilized person thinks that Humanity is something defined by skin color,but there are factors which are harboring this medieval concept among the public.
Its time for all the wise and sensitive people of USA to negate this very ideology otherwise their country whose beauty lies in its multiculturism and liberal thoughts will die on its own.

Myth of Success and Failure

There is an overwhelming urge among us "the carnal beings" to succeed. There are dozens of inspirational stories,quotes and events surrounding us which increase this urge manifold,day by day. All converge their energies to push us towards the way,the target and the destination we envisaged as our very own "success" and in which we see our "success story". Very few events,quotes and motivational stories will define whats success,its definition or how actually the person can be declared as a "successful being"?
We overstated success as an Economic affluence, fame , power , abundant luxuries and a big bank statement. What's success and what's the failure is still a myth,unresolved by all philosophers on earth.
A child ambitious enough to become an aeronautical engineer, attains his task, suddenly is caught with an emotional accident,fails to manage his life and now sleeps under the influence of tranquilizers?
A man with all luxuries in life,can't sleep at night because his mind remains stick to his Mercedes Benz, the diamond necklace he bought for his wife and his servants because he thinks there could be a robbery or some evil plan is going to be hatched by his servants.
An hollywood actress can't find an honest relationship empty from greed.
A powerful politicians arouses feelings of fear among people so he can't have the biggest luxury of good friends around him. Hitler dies off suicide.
All these people no matter how much got overstated by public as "succesful" none of them is happy with his or her life. They are not satisfied. They can't live a life with basic human necessities like good sleep,everything to eat, honest family relations.
On the other hand, there is a boy picking up food from rubble and hotel wastage, eats everything,remain healthy,sleeps tight and have other poor boys to play,to share to enjoy real perks of life. The boy continues so in his whole life and finally dies someday peacefully without the depression that what would happen to his estates as he owns nothing.
Its very easy to be successful in someone's else perspective but very difficult to succeed in your own perspective. Its very easy to be a failure in your own perspective but sometimes you are the luckiest man or woman on earth yet you fail to enjoy your life with all available happiness in the guise of failure.

China and Donkeys

China's inverse relation of human  population is getting more inverse with Donkey population. Not just their own country but the donkeys are vanishing from all the countries,China has an open trade link. Situation is severe in Africa

China utilizes donkeys for food and medicine purpose. Gluten beneath the donkey skin is a very important factor used in various Chinese traditional medicines and Traditional dishes. Bones are used for Organic Calcium source which is more bioavailable and have less side effects especially much safer for kidneys avoiding kindey stones caused by inorganic calcium.
There is a remarkable decline in population in Africa and Pakistan where Government of Pakistan is going to start Pro-Donkey policy targetting increasing their numbers by making their farms and giving incentives to farmers for raising and breeding.

Limiting Access to Information in Turkey,Kashmir,China?

Grief when suppressed,Love not expressed and point of view not listened, creates an environment of radicalism,mutiny and despair. Barring the expression of feelings is just adding insult to injury. Pressure when left to built up just blows the container. Slow poisoning not left for drainage , kills.
Stories unshared by communities with their infants are turned into eye-opening facts for adults aptly used by foes to destroy the envisaged image. They feel betrayed with confidence lost. The trust is lost. Patriotism gets destroyed. It slowly nurtures the treachery among the angry youth and youthful angry elders. Hatred spreads covertly swiftly and more intensely from person to person rather than Media to public. There is no drainage to prolonged despair. All that results in a more blistering anarchy,exactly for which that community strived to avoid. Same can happen to present Turkey,China,India and all those countries who are trying not to change but implementing the policy of suppression. Verily, a man can be killed but not an idea.
